The controller is based on the Rex-100c PID controller. It makes it possible to maintain the temperature within + - 1 degree.
A 40a thermal relay is used
.
The thermocouple is 200mm long. For ease of connection, as well as for quick change of thermocouples, an aviation connector is used.
The length of the wire with the plug is approximately 120 cm
The length of the wire with a socket is approximately 120 cm
The length of the thermocouple wire is approximately 300 cm
The input and output wire has a cross section of 1.5 mm
A critical load of 3.5 kilowatts is used for testing . This fuel tank is used in my cheese factory.
But this is just for testing.
Also, I use a similar controller in smoking.
