Product Description

Ultra-quiet Stepper Motor Driver: BIGTREETECH TMC2209 V1.3 stepper motor driver adopts StealthChop2 ultra-quiet technology, it is an ultra-silent motor driver IC for two-phase stepper motors. Its continuous drive current is 2A and peak current is 2.8A. The voltage range from 4.75V to 28V. The flexible microPlyer interpolation unit provides up to 256 microsteps. Sensorless Homing: BTT TMC2209 V1.3 stepper motor driver uses Stallguard4 locked motor technology to detect changes in motor current, providing an abnormal signal when the motor rotates abnormally. And use this measurement to detect the end of axis' stroke and produce 3D printers without limit switches. Excellent Heat Dissipation: BIGTREETECH TMC2209 stepper motor driver adopts CoolStep current dynamic control, which can save 75% energy. The sinusoidal control can be perfectly realized even in the system with limited pulse frequency. Reduce the heat generated by the stepper motor, thereby reducing cooling requirements. Widely Compatible: As stealthChop2 ultra-quiet technology is widely used in 3D printers, BTT TMC2209 stepper driver compatible with most 3D printer motherboards on the market, such as BTT Octopus V1.1/Octopus Pro, SKR V1.4 Turbo/SKR 3, Manta M4P/M5P/M8P, SKR Pro V.2, MKS Gen L etc. Supprt STEP/DIR, UART mode. Avoid Losing Steps and Jittering: The motor controlled by the PWM chopper mode operated more smoothly and without jitter. It can effectively avoid problemsuch as running deviation losing step and fault caused by the overlode of the chip. Satisfying Customer Services: If you have any problems regarding our btt TMC 2209 stepper driver stepsticks, please feel free to tell us via Amazon message, or search BIGTREETECH at GitHub., Manufacturer: BIGTREETECH Direct
