Martini Amber Riserva Ambrato, Size 75Cl
Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato is a refined Vermouth di Torino crafted to offer a distinct aromatic profile. The name Ambrato refers to its deep amber hue, derived from a sophisticated blend of wines sourced from the Piemonte region, including select parcels of Moscato d'Asti DOCG. Master Blender Beppe Musso and Master Herbalist Ivano Tonutti have curated a unique botanical composition for this expression, featuring three varieties of wormwood: Absinthium, Pontica, and Vulgaris. These are complemented by exotic ingredients such as Roman Chamomile, Ecuadorian yellow Cinchona bark, and Chinese Rhubarb. A traditional production method is employed, where concentrated botanical extracts are rested in Piemontese Tino oak vats for more than two months. This process, historically favoured for classic vermouth production, enhances the depth and integration of the herbal flavours, resulting in a complex spirit suitable for mixing or enjoying on its own.
