The 5' x 5' Shire Kitty Traditional Kids Wooden Playhouse (1.49m x 1.49m) is a beautifully designed wooden Wendy house, which offers a child hours upon end of fun and happiness.Constructed from 12mm smooth-planed tongue and groove cladding, well-known for its weather resistance, durability and strength, this playhouse further benefits from robust 34x34mm framing. The floor is 12mm tongue and groove, ready to withstand years of children's games and footfall. The apex roof is 11mm OSB board, finished in felt to ensure a weatherproof interior. Its decorative scalloped edge and finial add an attractive touch. The overhang of the roof allows for a small veranda framed by two side railings.The entrance door features a large framed window and a cottage-style ring latch. A further large opening window allows light and fresh air into the interior, as well as completing the playhouse's pretty appearance. Refunds
