Ron Barcel Ron Barcelo Imperial Maple Cask Dark Rum
Ron Barcelo Imperial Maple Cask is a premium dark rum crafted in the Dominican Republic as part of the Rare Blends Collection. Distilled from sugar cane grown in the producer's own fields, this rum undergoes an initial maturation period in American white oak barrels featuring varying levels of toast. Following the primary aging, the blend is finished in maple wood casks, which imparts a rich and sweet flavour profile. On the palate, expect notes of vanilla, stone fruits, and a gentle woody spice character. Bottled at 40.00% ABV in a 70cl format, this expression is suited for sipping neat or as a base for cocktails such as a Maple Rum Old Fashioned.
