FunCakes' coloured marzipan has a sugar to almond ratio of 1:4 (20% almonds), meaning it is super flexible and easy to work with. Its fine structure and malleability lets you create sharp edges and smooth finishes for professional results every time. To cover a round 10" cake, you'll need approximately 500g of FunCakes Marzipan. You can also use this marzipan for modelling, with the addition of CMC Tylo powder. Add one full teaspoon of Tylo per 250g of marzipan. Add a small amount of water if necessary. Available in 250g. ✓ Halal Certified✓ Gluten Free Certified✓ Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans To use: Let the marzipan come to room temperature. Knead the marzipan firmly until smooth and elastic. Dust your work surface with icing sugar and roll out the marzipan with a rolling pin to an even circle of 2-3mm thickness. Refunds
